- 1lbground beef
- 4ozcanned diced green chilis
- 14.5oz canned diced tomatoes
- 1servingSpicy Taco Base Keto Chow(or 1 scoop)
- 4ozcream cheese
- 1tspsalt
- 0.5tspground cumin
- 0.5tspchili powder
- 0.5tspgarlic powder
- your favorite taco toppings
Brown the beef on medium high heat. (I used my instant pot on sauté.)
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir together. Don’t worry about mixing in the cream cheese; it will melt as it cooks.
Cook in crockpot or using a crockpot feature on high for 2 hours.
Add all of your favorite taco toppings and serve.
