  • Beat the egg whites to soft peaks with an electric mixer.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter and egg yolks together.
  • Stir the Keto Chow into the butter and egg mixture, then add the water and mix again.
  • Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the batter.
  • Heat your waffle iron to medium-high setting. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  • Fill the iron with the batter and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • The waffle is done when it is dry and crisp on the outside and pulls away easily from the waffle iron.
