Apple Pie Custard in a Mug

This mug cake is a deluxe version, but it’s worth the extra few minutes to get a silky texture and rich flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1large egg(s)
  • 1large egg yolk
  • 2Tbsp.cottage cheese
  • 2Tbsp.sour cream
  • 2Tbsp.heavy cream
  • 2Tbsp.Apple Pie Keto Chow
  • NaNtsp.allulose
  • Pinchapple pie spiceor ground cinnamon optional

Instructions

  • Whisk the egg and egg yolk together in a bowl or liquid measuring cup.
  • Mix in the cottage cheese, sour cream, and heavy cream.
  • Add the Keto Chow, allulose, and apple pie spice if using; mix until everything is well combined.
  • Lightly oil the bottom of a large, microwave safe mug and pour the batter in.
  • Microwave on 60% power for three and a half to four minutes.* Let cool in the microwave with the door closed for three minutes before removing. Be careful when you remove it, as it may still be very hot.
