Whisk the egg and egg yolk together in a bowl or liquid measuring cup.
Mix in the cottage cheese, sour cream, and heavy cream.
Add the Keto Chow, allulose, and apple pie spice if using; mix until everything is well combined.
Lightly oil the bottom of a large, microwave safe mug and pour the batter in.
Microwave on 60% power for three and a half to four minutes.* Let cool in the microwave with the door closed for three minutes before removing. Be careful when you remove it, as it may still be very hot.
