Ingredients

  • 1servingVanilla Keto Chowor other Keto Chow flavor of your choice
  • 12oz.water
  • 0.5avocadoripe
  • 0.25cupcoconut cream
  • 0.25cupflat leaf parsleyloosely packed
  • 1tsp.lemon juice
  • 1coin-sized piecefresh ginger rootcrushed* optional

Instructions

  • Mix the Keto Chow with 12 ounces of water and chill for at least thirty minutes, or preferably overnight.
  • To make the smoothie, blend the chilled Keto Chow with the avocado, coconut cream, flat leaf parsley, lime juice, and ginger in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy! This smoothie is best if consumed right away because the avocado is best when fresh.

Notes

*If you don’t like the texture of the ginger, you can grate it and squeeze the juice from it.
