Mix the Keto Chow with 12 ounces of water and chill for at least thirty minutes, or preferably overnight.
To make the smoothie, blend the chilled Keto Chow with the avocado, coconut cream, flat leaf parsley, lime juice, and ginger in a blender and blend until smooth.
Enjoy! This smoothie is best if consumed right away because the avocado is best when fresh.
