These keto chicken meatballs are so easy to make, and they go great with zoodles.

- 1.5lb.ground chicken24 oz.
- 1large egg
- 0.5cupgrated parmesan cheese2 oz.
- 1servingSavory Chicken Soup Keto Chow
- 2tsp.Italian seasoning blend
- 2tsp.garlic powder
- 1tsp.onion powder
- 0.5tsp.kosher salt
- 0.25tsp.ground black pepper
- 0.25tsp.cayenne pepper
Heat oven to 350°F. Oil an 18 x 13” baking tray (or line it with parchment paper).
Mix the chicken, egg, cheese, Keto Chow, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper together in a large mixing bowl.
Scoop the mixture into 15 portions, about 1 tablespoon each. Roll them between your palms to shape them into balls.*
Place the shaped meatballs on the tray.
Place the tray into the center rack of the oven.
Bake until beginning to brown on the bottom where they are touching the tray, about 20 minutes. They should look set and have an internal temperature of 165°F when tested with an instant read thermometer.
