Purple Cow was the name of an ice cream parlor in a local chain of stores where I grew up in Michigan. It is also the name of a purple ice cream float made with vanilla ice cream and grape soda or grape juice, a unique but fun and refreshing combination. Now you can make your own Purple Keto Cow when you’re feeling a bit nostalgic!

- 2Tbsp.heavy cream
- 1serving Grape Keto Chowor Vanilla Keto Chow
- 1cupwaterroom temperature
- 1cupsoda water or seltzer or diet grape soda
- 1scoop keto vanilla ice cream3 oz.
Mix the heavy cream, Keto Chow, and room temperature water and refrigerate for at least one hour.
To make the purple cow place the prepared Keto Chow in a large, chilled mug or glass, add the soda water and stir gently to combine. Add the scoop of ice cream and enjoy.
