Ingredients

  • 2poundschickencut into pieces (use chicken thighs)
  • 1tbspavocado oil
  • 6ozcream cheesefull fat, room temperature & cut into chunks
  • 1servingSavory Chicken Soup(or 1 scoop)
  • 0.5cupheavy cream
  • 1tspgarlic powder
  • 1tspsalt
  • 0.5cup water
  • 1.5cupsbroccoli
  • 1.5cups cauliflower
  • 1cupcheddar cheeseshredded

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Cut chicken into pieces
  • In a large skillet, add 1 tbsp of avocado oil and cook chicken until no longer pink
  • Add in cream cheese and mix until cream cheese is melted.
  • Add Keto Chow, heavy cream, water, garlic powder and salt. Combine well. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more water.
  • Stir in 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • Cover the bottom of a 9×13 casserole dish with broccoli and cauliflower. Pour chicken mixture over top. Spread an additional 1/2 to 1 cup of cheese across the top.
  • Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese begins to brown.
