- 2poundschickencut into pieces (use chicken thighs)
- 1tbspavocado oil
- 6ozcream cheesefull fat, room temperature & cut into chunks
- 1servingSavory Chicken Soup(or 1 scoop)
- 0.5cupheavy cream
- 1tspgarlic powder
- 1tspsalt
- 0.5cup water
- 1.5cupsbroccoli
- 1.5cups cauliflower
- 1cupcheddar cheeseshredded
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cut chicken into pieces
In a large skillet, add 1 tbsp of avocado oil and cook chicken until no longer pink
Add in cream cheese and mix until cream cheese is melted.
Add Keto Chow, heavy cream, water, garlic powder and salt. Combine well. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more water.
Stir in 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Cover the bottom of a 9×13 casserole dish with broccoli and cauliflower. Pour chicken mixture over top. Spread an additional 1/2 to 1 cup of cheese across the top.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese begins to brown.
