Ingredients

  • 1 large egg(s)
  • 1Tbsp.Savory Chicken Soup Keto Chow
  • 0.13tsp.garlic powder
  • 0.13tsp.oreganodry
  • 2Tbsp.feta cheesecrumbled
  • 2Tbsp.mozzarella cheeseshredded
  • 1Tbsp.spinachchopped frozen, defrosted, and squeezed as dry as possible
  • 2kalamata olive

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, beat the egg well, then mix in the Keto Chow, garlic powder, and oregano.
  • Stir in feta cheese, mozzarella, spinach, and olives.
  • Preheat a mini waffle iron and spray with oil.
  • Add half the batter to the waffle iron to cook. It should take about three minutes. If the waffle feels stuck, let it cook a bit longer until it frees easily. Repeat with the other half of the batter.
