I’ve been on Keto Chow for probably about 3 months. Yes, initially for weight loss and health, but it’s a great meal replacement as well.
I enjoy trying new flavors and like most of them. I was sad when peanut butter disappeared, but found a peanut butter powder to add to my vanilla among other keto chow flavors.

8 servings.      Net carbs are coconut, milk & cream cheese divided by 8. Plus shredded coconut toppings. 

1 can coconut milk
1 packet Coconut Cream Keto Chow of flavor of choice. 
4 oz cream cheese
2 scoops Pyure granulated sweetener
½  tsp vanilla
¼  - ½  cup dried shredded coconut

TOPPING
Whip cream & toasted coconut sprinkled on top.   

COOKIE CRUST
Optional


1. In blender mix coconut milk & cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetener. 
2. Slowly add keto chow on low speed with lid off. Add vanilla. 
3. Add coconut, low speed, 15 seconds. 
4. Pour into small 7x4 rectangular glass Pyrex dish. 
5. Refrigerate 4 hours or more, overnight best.

This new KetoChow tastes pretty good, and I’d probably buy again.  However, the coconut flavor was quite mild as I didn’t taste a lot of coconut.  I think it should be a stronger flavor.

I love the consistency of Keto Chow protein shakes, and appreciate their clean ingredients. Unfortunately almost all of the flavors I have tried are very light on the actual flavor, more like vanilla with a hint of flavor. This is the best flavor I have ever had from keto chow. I begged for this flavor to be created and my prayers were answered. And it is phenomenal. You can taste everything. I really like this one, it tastes like a vanilla malt flavor. It is not extremely strong so I recommend making it more concentrated and using probably heavy whipping cream to make it taste more like a vanilla malt ice cream. I have tried the brand name ice cream with vanilla malt and this tastes very similar. I would definitely buy this again.

This is by far the best chocolate flavor offered by Ketochow.  Regular chocolate tastes too much like protein powder.  This is really good and the malt flavor comes through well.  We do icecream, not shakes, so I do add 1T of cocoa powder and some dark chocolate stevia, to counteract how icecream blunts flavors.

I typically love Keto Chow shake flavors. I don’t dislike this flavor… but it really isn’t chocolaty or malty. This won’t stop me from using up the bag, but I will probably order one of my favorite flavors over this flavor when I order again.
