I have to say your flavors were okay. I was trying to like it more and more. I just couldn't find my favorite flavor then it was recommended to only use a cup and a half of water with butter I was always a butter fan. In a pond watching the YouTube videos I found out how to make pudding it is absolutely my favorite I will keep on ordering keto Chow. Thank you keto Chow keep up the great work.

Will electrolytes break a fast?
Our unsweetened and unflavored electrolyte options do not break a fast. The flavored electrolytes from SALTT by Keto Chow do contain 2 or 3 calories per serving. This is few enough that it should not break a fast, but if your preference is too avoid any calories during your intermittent fasting, you will want to select one of the unsweetened and unflavored options.
What is magnesium? Why does it matter?
Magnesium is a mineral, just like potassium and sodium, but it’s one that we tend to hear less about. It’s also a bit more difficult to find large amounts, at least in foods that most of us regularly eat.
