How to use a BlenderBottle: Fill the bottle with your desired liquid up to the measurement marking of your choice. For making Keto Chow, you would add around two cups or 16 oz. of water and your desired fat choice. Add any powders, supplements, or other ingredients you want to mix into the bottle. I have two blender bottles, the problem I have is that the lid on the spout is very difficult to snap tightly. I have had two times that the shake splashed lots while I was shaking it. I have to push it up against something to make sure it is on snugly.

I was so excited to try Carrot Cake, and was so disappointed that the flavor tasted nothing like carrot cake. I had two people taste it blind, and the verdicts were "birthday cake, nice" and "vanilla cake with a hint of botanicals".

It actually does taste good, and I may even order it again. But carrot cake? Absolutely not.

I’ve bought more blender bottles than I can count. Most leak, if not with the first use. I bought one from keto chow and tested it immediately after it arrived, expecting it to leak. It didn’t but I still wasn’t convinced. I used it multiple times and finally decided I loved it. I’ve bought four more and will continue buying them until I have enough for at least a couple of weeks. Oh, my husband loves using them as well!

I find that this works fine with most of the chows except for the chocolate ones. They tend to clump and I prefer them not so chunky. Otherwise it's great.

I prefer the older ones with the concave bottoms. It looks to me that a concave bottom would match up better to the ball shaped whisk. That said, I haven't had any issue mixing the drink.

Hello Keto!
I am Mark’s wife. I got Mark signed up for your shakes. I love the shakes, but Mark being the food junkie that he is would much rather have a junk food milk shake from In N Out, or The Habit. However, even though I love healthy foods and your shakes I would give you a 5, but being that Mark is the customer he told me to give you a 4. I also need to add that Mark is sick with cancer and the cancer makes him a little bit grumpy. I’m sorry about this review. However, Mark likes the shakes enough to let me know to order some more. So thank you for helping people like Mark! He would also like a flavor of chocolate coffee. If you have that could you please let me know?

The bottle works well to mix while on the run. I add a bit of ice as well since I think the shakes do better cold. It’s easy to clean as well so I don’t have to fight myself to get around to cleaning it. It’s an easy habit to create, making sure I have something healthy with me instead of stopping for something to eat.
