I like the fact that I'm adding needed minerals to my diet. I am able to taste it a bit through water so mixing it into a beverage with some flavor helps to mitigate the taste. Still very happy with the product.

I used the daily minerals every day for years, along with the electrolyte drops in my coffee. Keto Chow changed the mineral bottle dispenser. I ruined my coffee because I couldn’t just use a few drops, it disperses a big glob. Got so frustrated after three days of adding to much I threw them away. I’m done. The only reason it didn't get five stars is because there are a few flavors that are super super yummy that get the 5 star spot. Chocolate peanut butter has a lot of flavor. I drink all mine hot. This one is very filling. It is a little more stuborn to mix but the immersion blender and hot water gets it done. I add quite a bit of salt to it.

I love the concept because I am keto but it’s thick and hard to drink. It reminds me of the powder put in people’s drinks in nursing homes that no longer have the ability to swallow so it has to be thickened. The consistency once it mixes plus the way it looks is gross
