Pecan sticky bun is one of my favorites. I think most of the flavors from Keto Chow are too subtle. This is better. My other favorites are Chocolate Toffee, Eggnog, Pumpkin Spice Caramel and recently Gingerbread.  Cookies & Cream and Cake Donut are also not too bad.  Making them with salted butter or adding salt to the shakes helps tremendously with flavor enhancement.

It’s more flavorful than most of the others.  It is in the top 3 for me. If you like eggnog, you would like this flavor.

I love the salty taste followed by the cool cherry flavor

This will always be in my subscription. I like that you can add your own sweetener. I use pure monk fruit. Once I add it, the taste is perfect.
 I like also that I can switch between (2) different proteins whey isolete and beef. The only issue that there might be is the beef protein you have to heat it up a little for it to desolve but this is a such very minor matter that I kinda think it's not worth the mention. I feel you put out a genuine and good product geared
to achieving good health with the best ingredients. Keep up the good work and
much success!

I love all other keto Chow products. However this was awful. Used twice, out money because it can’t be returned. However, you have to try it to see if it works. Didn’t work and taste was bad even in flavored drinks.

I like the gingerbread flavor as a shake and in recipes. I have shaken it with pork rinds in a bag for snacking. I add some extra cinnamon and ginger when I use it, because I like a more prominent spice flavor.

I think it’s a decent flavor, if adding berries or other things to the shakes.  I don’t enjoy the flavor on its own.  It has a fake sugar flavor that I’m not a fan of.
