I really like the Raspberry Cheesecake flavor! To me, its more like a creamy cheesecake vs a thick and rich version, which to me is much better, and is just so yummy. 😋

The sweet and salty flavor really throws me off. I found that a lot of the flavors are this way. I wish Keto Chow wasn't salty tasting. I found that I have to mix it with other brands to level out that salt taste.
I do love the flavor profiles, and the texture.

OMG! Add a tablespoon of heavy cream, hot OR cold, and this is like a dessert! Great in coffee... I added one to my fudgy brownie recipe and... 🤤

CARRIE YOUNCE

Great flavor but I add a banana to my shake for extra flavor and potassium. This is a delicous banana treat!

Deborah Dee

Very Banana-a-ey

First, butterscotch means "scorched" or "scotched" butter. This means the butter and brown sugar are melted together and heated just to the smoking point, the first wisps of smoke, then it's mixed with the cream. I make my own pudding from scratch, and it's fabulous. But your's is pretty good, too.

Good, but not as good as my pudding!

I wish Sticky Buns was a year-round flavor. It makes the best mug cakes, ice cream, and pancakes as well as a drink.

Vanessa Redford

A solid choice

I added this to my beef stew and everybody loved it. a delicious gravy without the heavy carbs.

Great addition to morning coffee. Add a little ice and whipped cream and it better than a famous coffee establishment.

Great tastes. My favorites are grape & peach.

Chocolate Toffee WAS my favorite, now I’m on love with your eggnog! I’m a big fan of nutmeg! Yummy yum yum!

The cleanest electrolytes I've found & I'll never use another brand again! They dissolve quickly too.
I love a variety & this pack is perfect. Don't get me wrong, I have my favorites. I feel like a kid each morning picking my flavor of the day!

The ONLY electrolytes for me

I started using Keto Chow on Monday. I had the snickerdoodle. It tasted great. The netcarbs were 12, so I made sure I stayed in my netcarbs, but it didn't matter I gained 2 lbs.
I thought it was from a keto pie I had made and had a slice of, so I didn't think anything of it.
So on Tuesday I had the salted caramel and again it tasted great and I made sure to keep my netcarbs in check and I didn't have any pie lol. But I woke up and I had gained another 2lbs. The only thing differently I've done is add Keto Chow to my daily food intake. I am not happy at all! I was so excited and getting ready to purchase the subscription, but now I am not.

Love the salted caramel as a meal replacement or made into ice cream. So yummy!

Kristin Reinhardt

Yummy!

I am sad that this flavor is also being discontinued. It is lovely in the fall served warm and I use it in a lot of fall apple dessert recipes. Glad I was able to get some to keep me going for a while.

I think the Apple Pie Keto Chow works best in fruit pie recipes and bread recipes.

Good flavor

I am new to Keto Chow, having tried many flavors in single serve packets, and I am vaguely aware that some flavors come in big bags. If this one did, it would be my big-bag staple flavor *forever*, and all the others would be "once in awhile" flavors.

Please make black licorice in a big bag, it is *the best* flavor you have, hands down. It is very unique, being unlike any other protein shake on the market I have ever seen. You are the only ones bold enough to explore fun flavors like this!

I like the flavor of snickerdoodle. It has the taste of the snickerdoodle cookie. I like it as a shake, but more recently I’ve come to enjoy it as a fat bomb. I melt the butter and stir in a package of snickerdoodle keto chow, pour it in my candy forms and freeze it. I’ve tried a couple other flavors as fat bombs, but snickerdoodle is the best. Such a delicious snack.

I am so sad that this is being discontinued as it is one of my very favourite flavors. It is so refreshing and really feels like a cheat to me. Great as a shake, ice cream and pudding!
