You can taste that it's carrot cake. Keto Chow flavors tend to fall under one of two categories. Either 1, lots of flavor(usually chocolate based), or 2, very muted flavor and more of a "general sweetness with a hint of flavor"(those are usually the vanilla based ones.) This one is definitely number 2. Making with butter instead of cream brought out the flavor more as it usually does with most flavors. All these "muted vanilla" spinoff flavors will forever be 4-stars to me.(Vanilla, Carrot Cake, Cookies and cream, pistachio, snickerdoodle, pecan sticky bun, and gingerbread to an extent.) The ones that pack a flavor punch are Pumpkin Spice, Eggnog, Maple Waffle, Butterscotch, Chocolate, Caramel Macchiato, Chocolate Peanut BUtter, Chocolate Toffee, Salted Caramel(lesser degree.) Chocolate Mint is one that is sort of muted as well but I find it very pleasant so I gave it 5-stars.
