Yes, I know...  how can a flavor be hilarious?  It's because of my husband.

I avoided purchasing the butterscotch for a long time because my husband refused to eat anything butterscotch flavored claiming he didn't like it.  

I like butterscotch, so I bought some, and made it into chia pudding.  Husband LOVED it!  LOL!  I told him it was butterscotch, and he said, "No it isn't."  He thought it was just a real tasty vanilla.  

I've since ordered the large bag.  This flavor is a winner!

For this n=1: Since I went low carb (even before) I tended toward constipation. I have always had whey protein in my diet to varying degrees. Switching out whey for beef has made a significant change. Also, with whey, I was more prone to acne flare ups. However, I need more time with excluding whey before I am convinced on acne.  For me the downside of KC Core, is I prefer the taste of whey to the beef. Also, the leucine level with beef isolate is too low to trigger muscle protein synthesis. One serving is at 1g where 3g are suggested in people over 30. At least according to Dr Donald Layman research/interviews that I have seen. To meet my breakfast goal of 3g to stave off sarcopenia, I add an omelette to my breakfast. I will probably move Keto Chow CORE to a later less crucial meal.

Kind of a weird flavor and not pepperminty at all. If you want mint, go Chocolate Mint. This might be the first flavor of Keto Chow that I actually dislike. It tastes like weak vanilla with a slightly weird chemical taste that hints at mint.

Not bad. Nothing I've tasted from Keto Chow has been bad. But this one definitely doesn't deliver on flavor like some of my favorites: Chocolate, Mint Chocolate, Caramel Macchiato, Egg Nog, Maple Waffle, Salted Caramel, or Chocolate Toffee.

Choco Mint is top flavor on my list.  A big fan of Mint choc ice cream, Andes mints and this hits like both of those.  This flavor is also amazing to mix half packet with other flavors to create Mint combos.
