Been ordering keto chow for over a year now. Always seen it when I was ordering but thought ewww I like the fruit but I don't know about drinking it....lol. finally took the plunge recently and thought ill get one and try it. To my surprise I actually liked it! So glad I found keto chow. You guys are amazing. I'm a diabetic that started a life style change almost 3yrs. Ago. Keto chow shakes have helped me to get the calories I need everyday while staying low carb. Always struggled to get in enough calories. Dr started me on mounjaro in Jan of 2023. In 9 months lost 80lbs! Wasn't getting the calories or nutrients I needed tho. Just wasn't hungry. Struggled to eat. Found keto chow and it was a game changer. Thank you, thank you!
