I bought several pouches of different flavors so I could see which I liked best. That way I could order a canister instead of pouches. Unfortunately they were all so good I can't decide which one I like the most. I mixed each pouch with 16 oz of water, refrigerated it, then add 1/2 cup whipped cream. I was so delicious, replaced my noon meal and kept me full until dinner.

Given the past experience with Keto Chow and non-berry fruity flavors, I didn't expect any good from Cantaloupe. It doesn't really taste similar to cantaloupe (and I actually like cantaloupe), it's just a generic melon taste of artificial bubble gum. It's not a bad flavor, it's actually fruity flavorful, I enjoyed the packets I purchased, if I get another packet with the subscription I won't be mad... just not something I would voluntary purchase in the future.

I can't find anything good to say about this flavor. It tasted so badly that I couldn't finish the shake I had made. I made my shake with heavy cream which is what I use for all my shakes. Whatever they used to duplicate the flavor of cantaloupe did not work. Let's just say that i will stick with the actual fruit. I'm highly disappointed that they put this flavor on the list as a selection instead of Orange Mango which was superior! Bring back Orange Mango!!

Just not a fan of this flavor. Made it wi/h coconut milk. Will try with butter and water.
Didn't taste very much like Cantaloupe. Still good, but missed the mark.

This was still really tasty--I don't think Keto Chow makes a bad flavor even if they aren't all my cuppa. But with this one, I was really looking forward to a cantaloupe flavor (I ADORE cantaloupe!), but it missed the mark. In fairness, the cantaloupe flavor got stronger the more of the shake I drank, but I would have preferred a cantaloupe flavor rather than cantaloupe aftertaste.
