Tastes Great, Very Filling
I’ve tried many meal replacement drinks over the years and was never fully satisfied—until now. My best friend gave me some Keto Chow to try, and I absolutely loved it! I immediately ordered two bags and plan to keep reordering. Most days I have two Keto Chows for breakfast and lunch, followed by a healthy dinner. I’m finally losing weight and have the energy I need to walk and work out in the evenings. I even add a little instant espresso and no longer sip coffee all day. I truly can’t say enough good things about Keto Chow or how amazing it makes me feel!

Coffee Lovers Shake
If you are like me and like a deluxe coffee with all the fixings, you will really like this! And has a strong coffee flavor, but tastes like you are cheating on your diet. I use heavy whipping cream with this. It was so delicious! This is my second favorite Keto Chow shake of all time! It is not overly, unbearably strong of coffee, it's just the perfect amount.

What's so good about keto anyway?
When your body doesn't have carbs to burn, it will naturally turn to your stored fats. Those stored fats turn into a type of fuel called “ketones,” which your body will start burning your ketones in place of carbs. What fat source should I add to my Keto Chow?
We recommend adding cream, butter, or avocado oil to your Keto Chow shake. This helps your body absorb all those delicious nutrients—and makes it easy to customize your shake to meet your macro/calorie needs.
Can I use Keto Chow if I'm lactose intolerant?
Most Keto Chow flavors have a milk protein isolate base, which has a small amount of lactose. However, many people who have problems with lactose are able to handle the relatively small amounts without problems, or use a lactase enzyme supplement.
