I modified a recipe (Keto Chow Salted Carmel cheesecake) with cookies and cream instead. I used another recipe for keto friendly cookie wafers for the crust and saved some cookie crumbles to add to cheesecake mixture. I made it to celebrate a friend's birthday and it was devoured! I was kind of sad because I was hoping for leftovers. 😄

What's so good about keto anyway?
When your body doesn't have carbs to burn, it will naturally turn to your stored fats. Those stored fats turn into a type of fuel called “ketones,” which your body will start burning your ketones in place of carbs. What fat source should I add to my Keto Chow?
We recommend adding cream, butter, or avocado oil to your Keto Chow shake. This helps your body absorb all those delicious nutrients—and makes it easy to customize your shake to meet your macro/calorie needs.
Can I use Keto Chow if I'm lactose intolerant?
