Keto Chow Eggnog

I really enjoy the egg nog flavor. I use it as creamer in my chai.

During the holidays, i always looked forward to drinking a glass or two of eggnog mixed with Sprite, but the empty calories and high sugar content bothered me. I was thrilled to find Eggnog Keto Chow to which I add sparkling water to give me that delicious nostalgic taste in a healthy meal.

Hopefully they keep this!

Every sips takes me back to past holiday memories...so good! Whether you like to spice it up, warm it up or share it with family and friends, this is a winner.

The eggnog is one of my favorites. I do put a couple of drops of vanilla extract in it, but it is also good without it.

So happy I can finally have eggnog again after years of not having any! Tastes an feels just like the real thing. I hope they keep making this one so I can have eggnog around the holidays like everyone else!

It needs an extra touch of ground nutmeg to bring it over the top. Maybe an extra dash of vanilla? It’s pretty good mixed with the gingerbread flavor.

I love the flavor of the eggnog keto chow. I mix it with unsweetened califa almond/coconut milk and blend it with ice. It’s delicious!

The eggnog flavor mixed with heavy cream tastes just like eggnog from a carton! Delicious, if you are an eggnog fan.

Terrible flavor, it does NOT mix well with liquid, you are left with lumps of nasty tasting debris. This way misses the mark for a healthy alternative to egg nog

This is my favorite of all the flavors I have tried. It was just like drinking the regular recipt of egg nog. Full of flavor! Loved it.

I love eggnog and thought this would be a nice way to have it any time of year. I was severely disappointed. Snickerdoodle is my fav so far

Not enough spice, even when i added less water it seemed bland.

The eggnog flavor is a great seasonal treat.

I am a huge fan of this flavor of Keto Chow. Perfect for the holidays. All the elements of a great egg nog without the guilt.

This egg nog is amazing. I tend to think that keto Mel’s and drinks are bad imitations but this is really tasty.

This is a great product for anyone doing the keto diet. Love this stuff.

While usually I'm not a fan of eggnog, the creaminess of this Keto Chow flavor made me try it again this winter. I still wish a bigger punch of nutmeg, to me it resembles a little bit too much to generic apple/pumpkin flavor (aka cinnamon + some spice). There's a hint of booze reminding me of Irish Cream. Works best in warm milk or as ice cream.

I love eggnog but don’t often buy it because of the sugar. This is a wonderful substitute, especially when you add cream to it.
