The eggnog tastes like eggnog. My issue with it is that the flavor is weak; it's good, just not as strong as I'd like it to be. The chocolate mint, for example, is excellent not only because the taste itself is great but because it's intense, as well.

What's so good about keto anyway?
When your body doesn't have carbs to burn, it will naturally turn to your stored fats.
