Delicious Eggnog
I love this time of year and drinking Eggnog is one of the highlights. Unfortunately regular eggnog does not fit into a ketogenic lifestyle. With this flavor of Eggnog, I am able to get a taste of the holiday and still stay within my macros. Its a win win for me.
