I was looking for a meal replacement shake to have at the office during lunch and came across a few forums that kept recommending Keto Chow. When I looked at the site and saw all of the flavors (mocha, birthday cake, butterscotch, etc.) I though it might be too good to be true. After debating about ordering what I thought could possibly be snake oil, I ultimately decided it might be worth the risk. Much of this decision was based on the multiple articles on their site regarding the use of sucralose. So far, I'm two packets in on the strawberry cream and... Wow. This stuff really tastes great! I haven't noticed any negative impact to my keto weight loss journey but with only being two packs in, it might be too early to tell. I was really happy they offered automatic reordering every two months rather than monthly and on top of that, they offer a progressive discount for each recurring order. Very impressed with that. The one downside is that while I make a 26oz Chow, I didn't get the feeling of fullness that I was looking for but I also want still crazy hungry afterwards. This may be related to my preparation so I'll keep adjusting until I hit the sweet spot. I want to add fiber to the shake but my personal goal is to keep the total carbs of this drink under 10g so that may be tough. It does however mix very well with a protein isolate I'm using so there's that. Looking forward to going through the rest of the flavors!
