I like the travel bottle and the packets. It's great for when I'm in a rush and need a protein based drink to keep up with my energy. So far, I'd tried raspberry cheesecake and vanilla cooky. They are delicious!! Can't wait to try the other flavors.

I think they are both working well .my hair is darker color and someone said copper can do that . I don’t have spasms in my legs so the electrolytes is doing its job thanks

Chocolate Toffee Keto Chow

Butterscotch Keto Chow is one of my favorite flavors.

I love the Saltt drink mix. It mixes really well with water. And gives me a boost in the afternoon. Love it in the middle of a round of golf. Keeps the energy level high!

I got the blender bottle as part of a promotional package. I am really pleased with it. The lid fits securely, and the spout snaps down tightly so there is no chow splattering out all over. It's a great bottle.

They are desserts in a shake form and keep me full over have my work day!!!
