Great stuff!
Every flavor I have tried has been great and is honestly better than any other salt/electrolyte drink I've had before. The cost is also way better than some of the other brands which is a huge plus. These are a little more on the sweet side but I've not had any issues with them causing food/sugar cravings or kicking me out of ketosis and I drink 1 to 3 per day depending on my level of activity for the day. Definitely recommend for anyone needing more electrolytes but especially if doing keto/carnivore

Excellent electrolyte supplement and tasty too. My favorite is the Coco Loco that I put into my coffee everyday. Helps curb food cravings and I believe that it helps with my mood as well. I'm a fan, especially because the alternative contains Maltodextrin. You can't lose with this product. Highly recommended.
