Whisk matcha and the hot water in a large mug or heat resistant measuring cup, until the matcha is fully dissolved.
Add the Keto Chow and mix until fully dissolved.
With a microwave, heat the almond milk and the heavy cream together in a microwave-safe cup for two or three minutes, until the milk is hot but not boiling (around 180°F).*
Add the milk and cream to the matcha and Keto Chow mixture.
Add stevia to sweeten, if desired.
Whisk until creamy and slightly frothy.**
