- 2Tbsp.Special Sauce
- 1/2oz.dill picklesdrained and chopped
- 2rye chaffles
- 2slicesSwiss cheese
- 4oz.corned beefsliced
- 3oz.sauerkrautdrained
Mix the Special Sauce and pickles.
Spread half the sauce on each of the 2 rye chaffles.
Top each chaffle with a slice of Swiss cheese.
Fold the corned beef slices and lay on top of the cheese on one chaffle.
Pile the drained sauerkraut on top of the corned beef.
Place the other chaffle onto the sauerkraut to make a sandwich.
Use toothpicks to hold the sandwiches together.
