Keto Banana Bread

Bite into a slice of this yummy, keto banana bread. It tastes as good as store-bought bread that isn't low carb!
Equipment
- Loaf Pan
Ingredients
- 1largeavocadosoft
- 2largeegg(s)
- 1/2cupbrown erythritol blend
- 1/4cupsalted buttermelted
- 1tsppure vanilla extract
- 2tspbaking powder
- 2servingsBanana Keto Chow(or 2 scoops)
- 1cupfine almond flour
Instructions
- Mash avocado with mixer.
- Add eggs and sweetener and combine.
- Add melted butter and vanilla and combine.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Split into two greased mini loaf pans (3×5 1/2).
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
Notes
This does sink a little when it’s cooling; be sure it’s done before you pull it out of the oven. Let it cool completely before slicing. You can also substitute almond milk for butter if you prefer.
