Spicy Rib Rack BBQ Sauce

Make your ribs spicy and flavorful with this rib rack BBQ sauce.
Ingredients
- 2Tbsp.avocado oil
- 2 1/2oz.brown keto sweetener
- 4tsp.minced garlic
- 1/4cupapple cider vinegar
- 2/3cupchicken stock
- 1/4cupketchup
- 2Tbsp.Dijon mustard
- 1Tbsp.coconut aminos
- 1/2Tbsp.crushed red pepper flakes
- 1serving Spicy Taco Soup Keto Chow
Instructions
- Heat the avocado oil in a pan and sauté the minced garlic over a medium heat for 2 minutes until transparent, stirring to prevent burning.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix together until completely combined.
- Turn heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes until the sauce is thick and glossy.*
Notes
*If you want to increase the heat, add some hot sauce or chili powder.
