Finalized nutrition and ingredients for Keto Chow 2.0 (which might be here before the New Year)
Previously I reported finalizing the ingredients for Keto Chow 2.0… and then I decided to add potassium. Well, now it’s finalized for reals this time.

The impetus for doing this now was needing the labels for the Keto Chow 2.0 packaging. I’m hoping I’ll have that over at the printer early next week.
Chris Bair created Keto Chow to simplify getting good nutrition for "I just need food" meals, focusing on the best available proteins, vitamins, and minerals to save mental energy for important things. You don't have to be doing keto to use Keto Chow but it does make keto easier.
