Of late it has been increasingly difficult to get Acacia Gum and that shortage has put a major cramp on our supply chain and production. We did a large series of tests and determined that we could reduce the amount of acacia gum per serving down to 1g while still preserving the ability to mix with butter and fully emulsify. This has the added benefit of reducing Total Carbohydrates by 4.667g per serving. I didn’t ever consider the acacia gum something to be concerned about but it is important to those that see best success when tracking total carbs.
