A gift for my son
My son enjoys the keto chow, but he is very specific about flavors. His two favorite are the chocolate toffee, and the Key lime pie I think it’s called. We both try to keep our sugar on the low side, so this is a great option when everyone else is having ice cream or donuts. Or as a substitute for breakfast or lunch. I myself will bring a keto chow in one of the shaker bottles, and the electrolytes in another shaker bottle. This is a perfect lunch/hydration for the day.
