Do Loyalty Rewards Expire?

Loyalty rewards expire 6 months after they are issued.

14 days after you place an order, you will receive an email telling you that rewards have been added to your account. Included in this email will de details on when this portion of your rewards will expire (6 months in the future). When redeeming rewards, the oldest portion is used first.

You can log into your account to view your rewards balance at any time, unfortunately the customer-facing view only shows the total rewards balance – it does not show the expiration dates. Our customer service team is able to view a list of your active rewards and their expiration dates and can provide this information to you via email upon request.
