Keto Chow top flavors – Leaderboard December 2025
It’s time again to look at the most popular Keto Chow flavors! The last time we looked at the top flavors, Vanilla Cream, Chocolate Malt, and Pecan Sticky Bun were the rising stars. Some of our most popular flavors (Chocolate, Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Chocolate Toffee) also saw some major gains. Because these figures are for the PERCENTAGE of meals sold, something going up always means something else goes down.
For the figures on this leaderboard, we combine all of the meals for each flavor, regardless of the size; so singles or bulk bags are all together in one lump sum. The figures represent 12 months of order data, averaged out by month. You will notice that many of the Limited Edition and the newer flavors are not present, due to the limited sales data we have on them. <– This answers the most popular question we get each time we post the leaderboard, so I’ll repeat it:

Over the last 12 months we saw increased demand for some of our most popular flavors especially Chocolate, Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Butterscotch. Some of these gains may be recovering percentage from the final retirement of several discontinued flavors that are now officially no longer available: Mocha, Irish Cream, Chai Latte, Fruity Cereal, Plain Peanut Butter, Creamy Tomato Basil, and Spicy Taco Soup; they will be missed! On a more positive note, the “fall” limited edition flavors were the biggest winners this year, likely fueled by an on-time release in 2025 and a late season rally at the beginning of the year due to their late release in 2024.
Most of the savory flavors of Keto Chow, along with the CORE flavors (dairy-free with alternative sweeteners) still aren’t doing super well. The lackluster performance of all but the sweetened Chocolate CORE is the reason for our continued decision to not work on new CORE flavors until they do better (no sense adding more until then!), though many people looking for other flavors use the unflavored CORE (the beef soup base) plus flavored sugar free syrups to make what they are looking for.
Relevant to this discussion is our Flavor Status Page where you can find which flavors are permanent, which are seasonal, and which have been discontinued. It is quite likely that several of the lower performing flavors will be discontinued in the coming year as we work to simplify our line up of flavors.

Chris Bair is a technology and computer geek. He became involved in the nutritionally complete "future foods" movement in January 2014, originally with a conventional recipe and later switching to a high fat, low carb "ketogenic" variant on October 2014. In January 2015 he created the recipe for Keto Chow and released it without restriction for anyone to use, at the same time he began mixing the recipe up for people that wanted a finished product and has seen steady growth in the business every month since.
