Great product! Flavor (in Grapefruit) could be stronger.

I love the ability to make my own electro light drinks on the keto diet, while also not having to buy so many bottled drinks. I really love how it dissolves completely! I chose the grapefruit flavor and, although pleasant, it could be stronger. Sometimes I add a bit of grapefruit peel into it and that’s a nice touch. I’m excited to try the orange I have on the way!

My Unflavored Review!

I have tried a plethora of electrolytes. Different brands all the flavors you name it! I keep coming back to SaltT with Keto Chow. I made a move to unflavored over a year ago just for my own personal reasons. I like SaltT the best, it just mixes well and your water actually doesn't taste too salty! Just a good mix overall.

Sweetness

I love the electrolytes but wish they weren't quite as sweet. I also wish they didn't have sucralose as the sweetener. They would be 5 stars if they used Stevia, Monk Fruit, or allulose without additives.

LOVE this electrolyte stick!

I’m not a huge fan of sipping fruity electrolytes all day, so these rich, chocolatey sticks are my jam! I mix them with mushroom coffee in almond milk with a lil’ whipped topping for a delightful treat every morning. Meeting my sodium goals never tasted better!

Live by our SALTT

Best electrolytes I have ever drank! I can feel the difference in my body as soon as I drink them. I tend to spread out my packet where my husband drinks his at once. We both love them! They dissolve well. Taste is amazing. 100% recommend! Great product

FAQ

Will electrolytes break a fast?
Our unsweetened and unflavored electrolyte options do not break a fast. The flavored electrolytes from SALTT by Keto Chow do contain 2 or 3 calories per serving. This is few enough that it should not break a fast, but if your preference is too avoid any calories during your intermittent fasting, you will want to select one of the unsweetened and unflavored options.
What is magnesium? Why does it matter?
Magnesium is a mineral, just like potassium and sodium, but it’s one that we tend to hear less about. It’s also a bit more difficult to find large amounts, at least in foods that most of us regularly eat. It plays an important role in helping you fall and stay asleep, and is also responsible for helping your muscles contract and relax.
Do I need to have food with my electrolytes?
We do recommend taking the unsweetened and unflavored electrolyte options with a meal, but some people find it is not needed.
How much should I use in a day?
Start with one serving, and see how you feel! If you’re especially active, or if it’s particularly hot outside, you’re likely to benefit from an additional serving or two.
Why do I need electrolytes if I’m not an athlete?
Recent research is showing that we need far more electrolytes than we’ve been told. And the benefits of balanced electrolytes are not limited just to extreme sports enthusiasts and marathon runners. The growing list of those benefits includes improved mood, energy, mental clarity, muscle health (especially relief from muscle cramps!), and more.
