You'll love the smell of this salted caramel coffee cake as it bakes in your home. You'll love the flavor of this keto-friendly dessert even more once it's done!
Ingredients
Coffee cake
- 2Tbspcoconut flour
- 2servingsSalted Caramel Keto Chow(or 2 scoops)
- 1tbspbaking powder
- 3largeegg(s)
- 2Tbspbrown erythritol blend(swerve)
- 2Tbspgranulated erythritol (swerve)
- 1/2cupunsweetened almond milk
- 1/2cupunsalted buttermelted
Streusel
- 1Tbspsalted buttermelted
- 2TbspSalted Caramel Keto Chow
- 1Tbspbrown erythritol blend(swerve)
- 1/2tspground cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix together dry ingredients.
- In separate bowl, mix up eggs and add sweetener, almond milk and melted butter, preferably all room temperature.
- Combine well and add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Add to greased 8x8 baking dish.
- Mix together streusel ingredients and sprinkle evenly over the top.
- Bake on 350 for 35-40 minutes.
