Place the ground coffee in a coffee machine and brew it with the water.
Transfer the brewed coffee to a heat-resistant pitcher and cool to room temperature.
Combine the cooled coffee, milk,* and Keto Chow in the blender, cover, and blend on high until all the Keto Chow is dissolved, and the coffee is a uniform color.
Add the syrup and blend briefly to combine. Taste the coffee and add more sweetener if desired.
Transfer the coffee to a quart mason jar or pitcher, chill in the refrigerator for an hour or more.
To serve, pour coffee over ice in a tall glass and enjoy.
