- 1serving Spicy Taco Soup Keto Chow
- 1tsp.paprika powder
- 1/2tsp.garlic powder
- 1cupgrated sharp cheddar cheese4 oz.
- 1cupgrated Monterey Jack cheese4 oz.

- 2Tbsp.minced pickled jalapenos with brine

Mix the cream cheese, Keto Chow, paprika, and garlic powder on medium speed in a stand mixer until all the Keto Chow is incorporated.
Add the cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, green onions, and pickled jalapenos and mix until fully combined.
Shape the cheese into a ball.
Place the crushed pecans on a plate or pie dish and gently roll the ball in the pecans until coated, picking up extra pecan pieces and carefully pressing them into the cheese ball.
Place in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes, then wrap it in plastic wrap to store or serve immediately with crackers or vegetable crudité.
*For added flavor, toast whole pecans by baking them on an ungreased cookie tray at 300℉ for about ten minutes, or until lightly browned and fragrant. Let cool completely before crushing in a food processor or blender. As an alternative to pecans, roll your cheese ball in minced parsley cilantro, or paprika. Our recipes may contain links to affiliate websites, and Keto Chow receives an affiliate commission for any purchases made by you on the affiliate website using such links.
