Cook the frozen cauliflower until tender. Drain and cool to room temperature.
Combine the cauliflower, tahini, garlic cloves, vinegar, and salt in the food processor’s work bowl. Process on high speed until the cauliflower and garlic are blended into a puree.
Mix the Keto Chow with the water. Add the Keto Chow and blend until it’s incorporated.
With the machine running, add the olive oil in a steady stream, blending until all the oil has been absorbed.
Spread the hummus onto a large plate or shallow serving dish, drizzle with more olive oil and sprinkle with paprika or cayenne pepper for garnish.*
