What could be better than an omelet in chaffle form? The answer is nothing. Absolutely nothing.

Ingredients

  • 1large egg(s)
  • 1Tbsp.Spicy Taco Base Keto Chowor Creamy Tomato Basil
  • 1tsp.red bell pepperminced
  • 1tsp.green bell pepperminced
  • 1tsp.red onionminced
  • 3Tbsp.Monterey Jackshredded, or cheddar cheese
  • 1Tbsp.hamchopped

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, beat the egg well; then mix in the Keto Chow, peppers, and red onion.
  • Stir in the cheese and ham.
  • Preheat a mini waffle iron and spray with oil.
  • Add half the batter to the waffle iron to cook. It should take about three minutes. If the waffle feels stuck, let it cook a bit longer until it frees easily. Repeat with the other half of the batter.
