The sour cream in this recipe gives the ice pops a little tang and the oil helps keep them creamy in the freezer.

Combine all ingredients and blend until fully mixed.
Pour into ice pop molds and freeze overnight.
To unmold briefly dip the outside of the ice pop molds in warm water and gently remove the pops.
