Mix the Keto Chow with the almond milk and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
Place the Keto Chow and almond milk in a blender with the ice, yogurt and honey substitute. Blend until everything is mixed and the texture is like a thick milkshake.
Taste and add one to two teaspoons of lime juice.
Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately.
