Mix the water and Keto Chow together well and chill at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
To make the cooler transfer the prepared Keto Chow to a blender and add the frozen strawberries and cocoa powder. For a thicker drink, add the ice cubes. Blend until the berries are pureed.
Add the heavy cream and mint leaves and blend just to combine. The color may look somewhat grey because of the color of the ingredients. You can add a drop or two of red food coloring to brighten the color if desired.
For a thicker drink add half a cup ice cubes to the blender with the frozen strawberries.
Serve in a tall glass and enjoy.
