These sweet, crunchy cookies are the perfect afternoon treat. Make these banana oatmeal cookies for the whole family.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° and grease cookie sheet
  • With the mixer on low speed, cream the butter. Add the sweetener, extract and the eggs one at a time and mix well.
  • Add Keto Chow, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon and mix well.
  • Add chopped coconut flakes and mix again.
  • Add chocolate chips if desired.
  • Scoop an inch apart onto a greased cookie sheet and bake on 350° for 15 minutes.

*Ingredients must be room temperature to make them fluffier.KETO CHOW NOTES: This made 16 cookies with a #40 cookie scoop
