To make the biscuits, preheat the oven to 350℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix together almond flour, Keto Chow, and baking powder.
1/2 cup almond flour, 1 serving Savory Chicken Soup Keto Chow, 1 tsp. baking powder
Cut in the butter using a pastry cutter or your hands.
2 Tbsp. salted butter
Add egg whites and mix until a dough forms. It will be lumpy from the cold butter.
4 large egg whites
Form about two-inch rounds and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 17-20 minutes or until lightly brown on top.
To make the gravy, cook sausage in a large skillet, breaking up with a spoon. When it is fully cooked, leave the fat in the pan and add the poultry seasoning, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Blend the Keto Chow with the warm water and slowly add to the sausage in the pan.
Stir and gently scrape some of the cooked bits of sausage deliciousness off the bottom of the pan.
Mix in the heavy cream and warm through.
Taste and adjust seasoning according to personal preference.
Serve over keto biscuits or with a cheese and onion omelet.
