Ingredients

Use Dried Egg whites instead!

Instructions

  • If using dried egg whites, whisk egg powder together with water in a separate bowl
    4 Tbsp. Keto Chow Dried Egg White, 1/2 Cup water
  • Preheat the oven to 350℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix together almond flour, Keto Chow, and baking powder.
    1/2 cup almond flour, 1 serving Savory Chicken Soup Keto Chow, 1 tsp. baking powder
  • Cut in the butter using a pastry cutter or your hands.
    2 Tbsp. salted butter

  • Add egg whites and mix until a dough forms. It will be lumpy from the cold butter.

  • Form about two-inch rounds and place on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Bake for 17-20 minutes or until lightly brown on top.

  • Split open using fork tines to keep fluffy texture.

Notes
