Beef Keto Burritos

These beef keto burritos are filling, delicious, and so easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1Tbsp.avocado oil
  • 6clovesgarlicfinely minced
  • 6oz.onionfinely chopped
  • 7oz.baconchopped
  • 1tsp.garlic powder
  • 2tsp.smoked paprika
  • 1tsp.ground cumin
  • 1tsp.dried oregano
  • Sea salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • 1lb.ground beef
  • 88” keto soft tortillas
  • 8oz.guacamole
  • 4oz.sour cream
  • 4oz.shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 2large jalapeñossliced

Instructions

  • Heat the avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, onion, and bacon. Cook, stirring often, until the onion becomes translucent, about 8 minutes.
  • Add the garlic powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, and dried oregano, season with sea salt and ground black pepper, and mix together.
  • Stir in the ground beef and cook until browned, about 12 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and assemble your burritos. Pile one-eighth ground beef mixture in the center of each soft tortilla and top with guacamole, sour cream, cheeses, and jalapeño. Fold in the edges and roll up tightly.
