Heat the avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, onion, and bacon. Cook, stirring often, until the onion becomes translucent, about 8 minutes.
Add the garlic powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, and dried oregano, season with sea salt and ground black pepper, and mix together.
Stir in the ground beef and cook until browned, about 12 minutes.
Remove from the heat and assemble your burritos. Pile one-eighth ground beef mixture in the center of each soft tortilla and top with guacamole, sour cream, cheeses, and jalapeño. Fold in the edges and roll up tightly.
