

I had a crazy huge lunch of pizza on October 22nd, that night I tried the “induction” recipe for the first time. Then I went full-bore the next day on Thursday, October 23, 2014.
I’m expecting to hit at least 16 lbs down at the month mark and I’m gunning for 18. Today I took a drill to my belt and added a couple new holes so my pants won’t fall down.
