Preheat the oven to 375℉.
In a bowl, add the eggs, pork panko, dried herbs, and sour cream and mix until thoroughly combined.
Place the ground chicken in a large bowl, pour in the egg mixture and, using a fork, mix together until you have a ball of dough.
Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Spoon the turkey mixture onto it and spread evenly into a 12” circle using a spatula.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Spread the spinach evenly over the crust and then add the mozzarella and mushrooms.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Allow pizza to cool before slicing.
