Heat a non-stick fry pan over medium-low heat. Add the bacon fat to the pan.
When the bacon fat is warm, add the onion.
Cook the onions in the bacon fat, stirring occasionally, until they are soft and starting to brown.
Add the drained soybeans to the onions in the pan.
Mash the beans with the potato masher until the beans are pureed.
Scrape off any bean skins on the masher, and add them back to the pan, or remove them from the masher and discard them for a smoother texture.
Continue cooking the beans until they begin to look slightly dry.
Stir in the Keto Chow in the water.
Add the Keto Chow to the beans in the pan.
Cook, stirring regularly until the water has evaporated and the bean puree looks thick and slightly shiny.
