I love this bundle of electrolytes, magnesium and daily minerals. The magnesium is included in this bundle which I normally would not use but since it comes in this bundle I use it. I just add all three to my morning coffee. I love the size of these products too. On the larger sizes, the product does crystallize and block the flow but these sizes are perfect and that has not happened.

Well packaged, came as described. I am though still unsure of the need and how exactly to apply this. Is it that if I feel weak it may be an imbalance and I should mix one with water to immediately relieve such? How do I know which one to use in which instance? Also one of them I realized too late has a lot of magnesium. 400 mg. I get diahrea with anything over 50mg. So that's one product down. But I believe in trial and error; only it's a very expensive trial since it gets used up fast if I use it every day. Right now I only use it intermittently. I need more information.

This is my second order for the supplement drops. They are fantastic. We need the minerals and the magnesium. The electrolytes and fasting drops make a significant difference in maintaining. I just tried the blueberry pie in a waffle and it is delicious! I can’t wait to try ice cream. My other new favorite flavors are Sticky Buns and Chocolate Toffee…both are incredible!!! FAQ

Will electrolytes break a fast?
Our unsweetened and unflavored electrolyte options do not break a fast. The flavored electrolytes from SALTT by Keto Chow do contain 2 or 3 calories per serving. This is few enough that it should not break a fast, but if your preference is too avoid any calories during your intermittent fasting, you will want to select one of the unsweetened and unflavored options.
What is magnesium? Why does it matter?
Magnesium is a mineral, just like potassium and sodium, but it’s one that we tend to hear less about. It’s also a bit more difficult to find large amounts, at least in foods that most of us regularly eat. It plays an important role in helping you fall and stay asleep, and is also responsible for helping your muscles contract and relax.

We do recommend taking the unsweetened and unflavored electrolyte options with a meal, but some people find it is not needed.
How much should I use in a day?
Start with one serving, and see how you feel! If you’re especially active, or if it’s particularly hot outside, you’re likely to benefit from an additional serving or two.
